Conditions of Use

§ 1: Scope, Customer Information

The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between:

and consumers and entrepreneurs who buy goods from our online shop. Conflicting with, or deviating from our terms and conditions is unacceptable by us. The original contract is in German, and can be seen on the German version of our website under "Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen". 

 

§ 2: Agreement, Conclusion of the Contract

(1) The offers listed on the internet represent a binding offer to you to buy our goods.
(2) You can place one or more products in your online shopping cart. During the ordering process, you enter your personal data and preferences regarding: payment, delivery method, etc. Only when you click the order button, do you agree to a purchasing contract. You can also complete a contract of sale by telephone or fax. 

§ 3: Customer Information: Storage of Your Order Data 

The order details of your contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) is stored by us in our database. We will send you our terms and conditions, which can be accessed anytime via our website. You may also contact the AGB. As a registered customer, you can access your past orders via the customer login area (My Account). 

§ 4: Customer Information: Correction Notice 

You can correct your input before submitting your order at any time during the purchasing process by pressing the 'delete' key. We will inform you throughout the process of further corrections. You can stop the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window. 

§ 5: Retention of Goods

The goods remain our property until we receive payment in full. 

§ 6: Statutory Warranty Rights

(1) Warranty rights.
There are statutory warranty rights for our goods.
(2) Warranty for consumers regarding used goods
Your warranty claims regarding defects in used goods expire one year after the goods sold to you have been delivered. Exempt from this rule are compensation claims, claims for defects that we have fraudulently concealed, and claims to the guarantee that we have applied to the condition of the goods. For these excluded claims, statutory periods of limitation apply. 
(3) Warranty for Entrepreneurs
Your warranty claims regarding defects in the goods expire one year after the transfer of risk. Exempt from this rule are compensation claims, claims for defects that we have fradulently concealed, and claims to the guarantee that we have applied to the conditions of our goods. Also excluded is the recourse under §478 BGB. For these excluded claims, statutory periods of limitation apply. 

§ 7: Limitation of Liability 

We do not take liability for negligent breach of duty unless they relate to contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or guarantees and/or claims under the Product Liability Act. The same applies to any of our agents and/or legal representatives. The contractual obligations include in particular our obligation to deliver the goods to consumers. We also guarantee that the item is free from material defects and deficiencies.
